Press Reviews
(Scream magazine #51)SUBLIRITUM is a new project from Trondheim in Norway consisting of two guys called Arcan and Celtus.Their demo contains two long tracks and an outro. I get a little Kovenant-feeling when listening to their material. It's ambitious, progressive, brutal and symphonic at the same time. The sound is OK, and the guys often use both clean and black-vocals.Some of the riffs are really cool, but unfortunately the drums are programmed. The band could also profit from making their songs a bit shorter. Now, the really exciting parts drown in the more mediocre stuff. SUBLIRITUM is a promising band that I would love to hear more from really soon. |
