Artist History We started off as this band IDK (I Don't Know) we didn't even have a band at the time and none of us ever planned on being in one until one day Tony comes up to us in the hall at school and says "Well guys...i signed us up for a battle of the bands...Matt you're singing, i'm playing guitar, Josh is playing lead guitar, and Scott (original band member) you're playing bass, and Josh Atnip you're playing drums" We all stood there thinking..what the hell are you doing Tony?!! We came up with IDK and wrote two basic songs for this local battle called "Ridgestock". After We played Ridgestock Tony and Scott switched instruments and we picked up a new drummer (Nick D'amico). At this point we changed our name to Free For All and played our first show in August of 99 at the Junction theatre in ogden, Ut. it was fun and ever since then i knew that we could do something with FFA. After numerous shows, Matt Sweitzer joining the band, and tons of "talking" about recording an album...on Jan. 27th, 2001 we finally went in and recorded a demo cd, a 5 song demo with a variety of punk sounds.
