Artist description It's a one-man operation here. dantax is a project started in Summer of 2000 by 21-year-old Dan Taxson. These songs are not finished..probably never will be. Artist History Here's my background...Started playing piano at 10. Wrote my first song then.My parents tried to get me lessons, but I hated all that (It takes the fun out of music when you have to involve math and shit). Started playing bass at 15. Joined a punk band at 16(still together after 5 years)..Now called The Ruminants. This whole time, been making "weird" songs for years, but didn't know what to do with them. Went to a club at 19...freaked out! Found where my music would fit in. Been messing with fruityloops for about 6 months. Got back into playing piano.Am currently looking for open-minded people who would like to work on what I feel is the greatest contribution in the history of the universe: MUSIC.
