Artist description Ashley Rhodes, a rock band made from some Chicago locals. Although they share common bonds, all four members are musicaly and spiritualy diverse. Looking beyond the hard shell of society, the guys of Ashley Rhodes have proven that it's not where you came from, its where you stand today that matters. Ashley Rhodes lives and breaths to be an active force in the musical universe. The current focus of the band is to play as many shows as possible while keeping the creative process fresh. The first demo (No Parking) was released at the end of 1999, and a new demo has been released. Enough material exists for a full length release. Although a Chicago band by birth, they stretch their roots a little further every day, playing as far away from their backyard as Tampa and Orlando, Florida. The current lineup consists of: Brian Fack - vocals. Jasin Mallek - guitar. ?coming soon? - bass, and Mark Wise - drums. This is far from the original lineup. The band took a rest during 2000, a millenial break if you will. After many months of clearing the dust and rust away, Ashley Rhodes returned to the scene as an all original act. Playing notable Chicago venues such as the House of Blues and the Hard Rock Cafe. The band is currently en route to Florida to conquer the Tampa/Orlando scene. The Chicago scene is fun, just not our style of music. Now working deals with some record industry big-wigs, the boys hope to set the world on fire. Morale is high, and the men who call themselves Ashley Rhodes are ready to take on any challenge that presents itself. Keep your eyes open, you never know when they'll be playing your backyard...Literaly.
