The Dallas/College Station based live P.A., Aubergine, plays continuous original dance music.Their sound is a hybrid of modern techno genres. Elements of trance, house, jungle, drum 'n bass, break-beat, tribal and traditional techno can be recognized in their beats. However, their melodiesand structures have a more epic and romantic feel.The music is laced with sensual overtones and organic textures. They focus on spiritual and emotion provoking sounds. All the while the upbeatattitude keeps hands in the air and the dance floor full. |

Artist History
Mike Nimocks and Bryan Mitchell have been programming keyboards and writing musicindependently for years. Each has been involved in electronic music for over thirteen years.From dance and techno acts such as Division of Beat and Serge to the remixing group, Permanent Smile and music for film scores. They recently teamed up to form Aubergine in February 2000. Since then they have completed sixteen preliminarytracks of which eight will be selected for theirupcoming full length album. |
