A new project from some of Texas’s favorite musicians, MR RESISTOR combines Afro-Cuban, Nigerian, funk, and electronic influences into its own groove. The band members’ lineage includes THE HAIRY APES, THE GINGERBREADMEN, BILLY GOAT, WHITEY, and DEAD KING’S PILLOW. Their debut album, PEACE DAY RESISTANCE available at auslandermusic.com, features a guest appearance from the accomplished horns player Jeffrey Barnes from the IN-famous BRAVE COMBO. |

Artist History
In the last few years the members of Mr. Resistor have played composed together. The culmination of these first efforts are embodied in their premiere album PEACE DAY RESISTANCE. Mr. Resistor has been experimenting with visual accompaniment to their live performances. This has now become yet another means for expression and makes their concerts a unique event. |
