Artist History Dating to 1978, Hydravian has always existed even when not necessarily active. In 1984, a long period of activity extending to 1992 occurred. In 1993, Frank Zappa died which sounded the dormancy of this band although the band reconvened in 1998 for the recordings you hear here. More activity is dependent on your interest, kind reader.

Group Members Todd Madson on lead and rhythm guitars with occasional vocals and keyboards, Doug VanOrnum on rhythm and harmony guitar with occasional vocals and keyboards, and Kevin Worthington on bass guitar, occasional vocals, occasional electric guitar, occasional electric keyboards and occasional drums. Our live drummers in the past have been Patrick Bailey and prior to 1991 Mike Willegalle. The 1998 recordings have guest drummer Mac Hine due to the fact that Kevin's then four year old daughter Maddie would be disturbed by full-tilt live drums while she was trying to sleep.
