Artist History
Drew said, hey Tanner let's form a band. Tanner says cool. Meanwhile, Jeremy and Neil say to each other, hey, let's start a band. They say cool. Drew says hey Neil let's start a band. Neil says cool, lets do it with Jeremy and you on vocals. Drew says cool, let's do it with Tanner on drums. These 4 dead souls then ask metal master and cereal jammer Ben to join. He says cool. Then they write a song that sounds like Darkest Hour. Then they pick a name, The Lie. Then they write better, more original songs*. Then they say Drew, we can't stand the fact that you wear basketball jerseys, that's not metal. So Drew is dismissed. Then Tim is added on bass. The band plays their first show. It rocks, but has its first show types of problems. Tim decides to quit because "you guys were a lot better with Drew."** A couple shows and a 5 song demo later Damien Detroia joined as bassist and The Lie is now ready to bring on the mosh to its fullest extent... (*In Flames covers) - (**That's not at all what he said.) |
