Artist History
Sounder can be traced back to the fall of 1998 when Adam, Jon and Greg got together to record a demo of some of Adam's songs in San Francisco, California. Gigs followed and later included Brian Lazarus on electric guitar. In February of 2000, Sounder embarked on a recording project slated to be their first full length release. The album was cut at Wide Hive Records and Abandon Studios in San Francisco, CA. The recordings were engineered and mixed by Ben Conrad and Sounder. The four songs that are available to you on this site are versions of some of these songs which were released as an EP. Sounder is Adam Schraft and Jonathan Trause. Our recordings feature Greg Camphire on drums as well as many other talented friends of ours. Sounder's full length album: Some Summers Parade will be released later on in 2001. Sounder is currently located in Albuquerque, New Mexico. |
