    Press Reviews
HEAVYMETAL GUIDE - NY - by Alan Gilkeson“I get a large amount of review copies from around the world and SOTW’s LOST IN HELL is one of the best Independent releases I’ve everheard. If this is ‘New Age Metal’ then I love it.”CHAOS REALM - Baltimore, MD - by Ray Dorsey“Searing Buck Dharma (Blue Oyster Cult) styled lead guitars, dark keyboard textures, and one of the most original vocalists in metaltoday”METAL & HARDROCK AREA - Albuquerque, NM - by Keith Langerman“From the packaging to the music, everything is first rate about “Lost In Hell”. “This will surly be on my top 10 Metal list for 1999.”HARDER BEAT - Dallas, TX - by Jeff Dennis“Seasons Of The Wolf will singe your ear hairs. “ The Waddell’s style of production, and dark twisted lyrics should open some eyes.MORE THAN MUSIC FANZINE - Shawnee Mission, KS - by Charles Cannon“Guitarist Barry (Skullywolf) Waddell has created some monstrous riffs to go along with his vocalist brother Wes Waddell, not to mentionthe rest of the pack. Excellent Power Metal! These guys are one of the definite top bands in the Metal Underground”METAL EDGE MAGAZINE -US publication - NY, NY - By Editor - Paul Gargano“Progressive Metal is alive and well in Sarasota, Florida, where Seasons Of The Wolf are developing into one of the state’s busiest acts.”BLENDED SOULS - Lille, France - by David Fasquel“In short, I advise you this album, because if there is an underground band that you should know it is this one SOTW”.THE FRENCH CONNECTION - Lille France - by Laurent Boquet“This is the best Independent Heavy Metal release so far this year with no doubt!” JAM MAGAZINE - Florida - by Peter Atkinson“Not only does the band create compelling and challenging, yet engaging, songs, but it plays them with skill and tenacity.”LEATHER KNIGHTS - Rochester, MN - by Nate Dressel“Traditional yet mysteriously innovative and original are the words that spring to mind when listening to the keyboard laden dark melodiccompositions that permeate from Florida’s finest”.ROUGH EDGE - Ventura, CA - By Scott Bolton“Lost In Hell is an impressive improvement over the band’s already impressive debut CD. I can’t wait to hear what their working on next”SOUND BARRIER - York, England - by Andrew Paul“Its OZZY jamming with Blue Oyster Cult on Dominance & Submission, coupled with guitar playing that would make Buck Dharma stand upand salute”ROCK & A HARD PLACE - Fargo, ND - by Torch Kerrang“Lost In Hell has officially given this hard working Florida based band called Seasons Of The Wolf a place in Metal History. This is a trulyimpressive project. They’ve came a long way, and I suspect they are just getting started”PROMETHEAN CRUSADE - NY, NY - by Michael Rosser“These guys have elemnets of goth, power, and prog metal in their music, so it’s hard to lump this band into any one catagory. The overallsound of SOTW is metal, but with Wes’s vocals and Ristow’s keyboards, the music ends up sounding like something Edgar Allen Poe wouldtruly dig. They have adopted the tag of New Age Metal. I would just file them under “Really Cool Shit”INK 19 - FL, GA, USA - by David Lee Beowulf“This is some of the most original Heavy Metal music I’ve heard in a long time! Replete with bazing guitars, mashaling vocals and a metalmusic box rhythm that’s addictive as great Heavy Metal can get”.SFK - USA - by Tim Wadzinski“Interesting is just the best damn way to describe SOTW. Doing their unique New Age Metal thing, combining a classic heavy metalskeleton with atmospheric keyboard-filled, instrumental flesh and bones. SOTW are unique and have balls. How many bands can you reallysay that about these days?UNDERGROUND EMPIRE - Germany - by Stefan GlasFor me this is quite clearly one of the highlight CDs of 1999. Absolute insanity became this second album from Seasons Of The Wolforiginating from Florida, USA. A singular fusion of dynamic vocals, atmospheric keyboard passages, cool guitar riffs, and partly driven offelements of surprise in all songs. This is not natural music that any normal metalworker is interested. Rather a jewel for people.ROCK AND A HARD PLACE - Fargo, ND - USA - By Torch KerrangThis is truly an epic project. From the opener, “Lost In Hell” all the way through 60 minutes of Metal to “One Land, One King, it delivers.“LOST IN HELL” has officially given this hard-working Florida based band a place in Metal History.
