Press Reviews
Are you tired of the pentatonic abusing garage bands in your neighbourhood? If so, you should check out Toronto's remedy paul. At the core of this live group is the insanely entertaining drumming of Matt Morton who has a dynamic range larger than the Boston Symphony orchestra. I would hate to be his cymbals. Bassist Mike Lamarche who posseses the soul of the master himself - Charlie Mingus, has a pocket so deep you could lose a Mack truck in it. Andrew Hummel is simply a very talented musician with vocal chords that should be insured for at least $1,000,000. Obviously the brainchild of this group is paul. paul is an incredibly versatile and entertaining musician with a vocal range of at least four octaves and enough energy to power New York City on the fourth of July. This is a band that you should never miss an opportunity to see.
