Artist History Nancy Hastings has been a musician since birth. Originally a pianist, then trumpet player through highschool, and bassoon as a major instrument in college. Nancy has always enjoyed singing, but never toyed with this talent until recently. Created on a whim, the first song "Anger" was done during a spur-of-the-moment recording session in NYC back in 1991. Vocals for the Original Mix were done ON THE FLY! "Oscar The Cat" is a true story punk rock / beat poet styled song about a fatal lawnmower accident in my back yard many years ago. Check back for new songs coming soon! Inspired by a gathering of friends in Venice, CA to create a punk-rock cover band, Nancy has most recently been doing lead and background vocals for the newly formed Dead Pool.
