Artist description
This is a band that is really hard to describe. Many would say that the style is similar to those artists that are our influences. We believe that our music is unique, and has to be experienced to be understood. |

Artist History
The band had its beginnings in the late eighties around the time when music was in transition. The new wave movement was coming to an end and the techno sound was beginning to gain popularity. Though artists like Depeche Mode were at the forefront of this new movement, it would not be long before hip hop would also become integrated in the sound. New artisits would emerge on the scene like C&C Music Factory, PM Dawn, and others. But this has absoluely nothing to do with the Digital Love Pushers. This is their story. While walking along the street one day collecting cans, Jim Jim came across a flyer for a club. The flyer advertisied the unique dance style of Son of Chao. Jim Jim was intrigued by the advertisement; From the depths of the hell and the sewars comes the sleaziest, dirtiest, filthiest, nastiest, dancer known to man. Come one come all and experience Son of Chao the Sausage and sauce king. You will be totally disgusted.Jim Jim picked up his cans and headed to the recycling bin to cash them in. That night he was going to the club to see Son of Chao.Once he got there and saw the show, he knew that they had the makings of a hit. It wasn't long before two got together and once they started creating music. the rest was history. Two shows and several years later they released their first ep on Gyno records. "Yeast Party." The album was so sucessful that they have decided to release their first full-length CD. It will be available here soon. |
