Daniel Martina (eSoundz Reporter-01/15/2002) [Latin/Smooth Jazz, R&B]
There is no question that Daniel Martina has a class CD on his hands with "Propinas".
Hailing from Rosario (Argentina); this guitarist, composer and producer of Smooth & Latin jazz
is one to watch. Martina introduces stunning vocals that opens up a new level to his already hot sound.
On his CD "Propinas" the song "Soledad de Boulevard" is an example of a R&B Jazz Latin fusion melody
with overtures that are superb. The title song "Propinas" is well delivered and has that "Feliciano" quality.
Plug into this smooth jazz cut "Nova Bossa"...YES!
eSoundz Rates this one...."To Be Signed!"
CD Title: - Propinas

* "What a great "smooth jazz" tune this is!! Daniel Martina has really captured the essence
of smooth jazz on "parque urquiza"! The musicians here are obviously veterans who understand their
roles within the group. Great playing and great solos should make this a top song
on MP3!! This is a very "uplifting" and "airy" tune with a very hummable melody that
just makes you feel good. The bassist and drummer create a "deep" groove that's
as smooth as silk while the guitar, sax, and vibes have a field day with the nice
chord changes they're playing over! "parque urquiza" by Daniel Martina gets my
"FIVE STAR" rating!!"---- CHUCK MOORE -mp3.com
* Hechizo especial (live vocal version) : "Oh Yes, I did EnJOY this BEAUTIFUL ballad!!!
I Loved the chord changes and the melody especially on the chorus - WOW!!!
