"...I still managed to observe the mayhem of KC's own (now newly-defunct) punk rock fiasco. The setlist included material off of their demo tape andnew CD, as well as a new song, "Cocaine", the lyrics to which were reportedly completely improvised ("you demon bitch/you killed my goldfish/now give me my cocaine!"). Frontman Steve Orth was in rare form, sacrificing his body for the base entertainment of the crowd; a friend mentioned that "it was like a Black Flag show" in its intensity."from 8/4/00 written by chris@thezone from http://www.thezone.orgguitarist Ashley Miller is actually pretty expressive and he certainly plays with intensity, and that vocalist Steve Orth is a wonderfully geeky frontman (think Reverend Norb or Pete Oblivion) with all the right poses, jumps, and mic stand pole-vaults. And it is hard to knock a vocalist who will jump offstage, run around and sing to the audience members when the PA dies."...guitarist Ashley Miller is actually pretty expressive and he certainly plays with intensity, and that vocalist Steve Orth is a wonderfully geeky frontman (think Reverend Norb or Pete Oblivion) with all the right poses, jumps, and mic stand pole-vaults.
