I really don't know. I embrace so many music styles until it is hard for me to pinpoint who I most sound like. The music I create comes from my heart, emotions, influences, and experiences. |

Artist History
As a musician, I started learning to play guitar as a kid. Finally got a used bass and taught myself to read music and play the bass. Was in marching band and concert band in high school, playing the bass clef baritone. I was also in the Boy's Chorus and A capella Choir.Joined the All-City High School Jazz Band in 1989, my senior year. Later, in 1995 after graduting from college, I became an asst. director of the band for 4 years.Majored in Jazz Performance in college. Around this time, I slowly began to ween myself off of heavy metal music. Not that I had to, I was just growing as a person. From 1989 to the present, I have played all over the Chicago area in various ensembles and bands put together for specific occasions.I compose, perform, transcribe, arrange, and sequence music. |
