Artist description This is a biography on our band entitled N.D.O.D . The band was formed in August of 1999 by lead singer/songwriter J.B. Daniels and bassist Franky Fingerz. We are a five piece band based in Brooklyn New York. Our musical style goes anywhere from classic style rock to alternative. Members of the band include Singer/ Songwriter J.B. Daniels, Bassist Franky Fingerz, Lead/Rhythm guitarist Shakes , Rhythm guitarist T-Bag and Drummer Joe Snow. Shakez,Joe, and Fingerz are brothers who have been playing music all the way back to their teen years and have lived a dream of recording an album together. Franky's musical inspirations include the likes of Cliff Burton from Metallica, Flea from The Red Hot Chili Peppers just to name a couple. Franky's style consists of smooth funky notes to hard riffs to smack style. Fingerz was born on March 23 1976 in Brooklyn and is currently in between jobs. Shakez was born on October 3 1977, Michael picked up the guitar at the age of 17. The guitair is his way of expressing his feelings, truly a very talented guitarist with a Rhythm and Blues style to his playing along with some classical. Shakez lead pieces truly blow you away with passion into his music, his inspirations in music are Jimi Hendrix,Jimmy Page, and Eric Clapton. Shakez is a very low key and a humble person who just likes to rock and roll, he is currently majoring in psychology at Brooklyn College. Drummer Joe picked up the drums at the age of 14. The drums were always a good way to let out aggression for him plus the fact he loves the sounds of them. Joe's musical inspirations are Kurt Cobain, John Bonham, The Beatles and many more. Joe is currently attending Brooklyn College studying law and psychology and works part time to pay for his drum equitment. R-Guitarist T-Bag picked up the guitar at the age of 17. His passion is to write melody pieces on his guitar. T-Bag is a very talented lyricist who specializes in poetry and is a big player in the lyrics of the songs. His inspirations are Metallica, Tool, and Queensryche . Lead singer J.B. Daniels always dreamed about fronting a rock band ever since his high school days. J.B. always had the knack for writing short stories and poetry in school, now he uses them to his song writing abilities. Love, Death, Anger, Humility, and Humor are his ways of expressing himself in his lyrics and vocals. His inspirations are Jim Morrison, Scott Weiland from Stone Temple Pilots, Peter Steele from Type O Negative, and many more. J.B. currently is employed at The Green-Wood cemetery in Brooklyn as a groundskeeper.We've been at Battle of the Bands at Brooklyn College and we rock L'amours with a encore as well as a gig at The Acme Underground. we also
