Artist History
Half Rack hit the scene in late 98. They band began with Angel Alvarez, Alden Morgan, and Brian Mcmeen. They all worked at a "poorly" run TV station, so to pass the time they decided to mess around with some instruments, instead of caring about the " pourly" run TV station. While looking through an advertisement about meat, Alden saw a "half rack" of ribs on sale for 6 bucks and said "THOSE ARE SOME CHEAP DAMN RIBS!!". The name was excepted.
They played for a good amount of time, recorded "plus deposit" and then Brian said he was leaving. Enter upleasant Matt. Matt joined the band and Half Rack began to speed up. They played all over the Rogue Valley and began to create a name for themselves. Matt added an element that they where really looking for and gave the band back-bone. Enter Dito. A "producer" came along and heard Half Rack. He liked them and told them that with a little money(5 grand to be exact) they could make some things happen. Some they sold their souls and went to LA. Then they came back and nothing happened. Exit Matt.
Steve Seus joined the band at time where Half Rack was looking for the final 3. They had been down too many roads and where tired of dealing with the shit. Half Rack is Half Rack now. Steve gave the band what could never be achieved before, PROFESSIONALISM!!!!!!!!! WHAT A IDEA!!!!! Not to mention that fact that he's a kick ass drummer. Things have been great ever since. Half Rack is on a new mission, to seek and destroy all who stand in the way, ESPECIALLY shady guys with pony tails. They will stop at nothing to produce the best most ass kickin music known to mankind.
