Press Reviews
NEW 'LEGENDS MAGAZINE' REVIEW OF 'SOUNDSCAPE...JUST GOT IN....please, click on 'EVENTS' page to read it....(Sept/'03)............--*THE DAMNED,a rock musical featuring Thomas Simon has made this town take notice. Clever, moving performances have made this show a huge success and a hot ticket not to miss. --Village Voice, NYC, 11/27/01;
------------------------------------------*It's a Cuckoo's Nest-like production with a rock 'n' roll edge.-- Time Out New York, 12/13/01
---------------------------------------*THE DAMNED is a powerfull piece with a strong score and a vibrant cast to execute it.--Stage Press Weekly,NYC,12/06/01
---------------------------------------*Thomas Simon’s husky growl and searing, fiercely lingering guitar riffs create a calmly flowing, throbbing, very brooding and sinister aural witch’s brew that’s every bit as creepy and compelling as it ought to be. -— Jersey Beat, NJ------------------
------------------------------*Their songs are pushed together by trademark nasty, detuned guitar lines and Austrian singer/guitarist Thomas Simon’s gravelly baritone voice. Inside the album (Blue Planet preview) is more of the same slippery gutter rock…, a collection of soulful dry rhythms and a shifty mid-tempo despair soundtrack.
Come see the excitement first hand. –- Infinity Press, Tulsa, OK.....
