Artist description
welcome to phloxphile...i try to make my music as personal as possible. i've approached music like writing a journal. every song is autobiographical. i gather sounds from around me, and intruments i like. id like to think that the listener will absorb this music and appropriate it for her/his memories and imagining and dreamings. |

Artist History
i remember first making and recording music atabout age five. i'd assemble tin lunchboxes andoatmeal boxes and stuff and hitem all with sticks.id record my family eating dinner and myself in the bathroom and stuff and play it back over and over. since then, ive played every instrument i could find. a few years ago, i discovered the computer...which can be any instrument at all, all at the same time. early on, in the computer discovery stage, my songs where just aural doodles, really. i think the songs have matured a bit now--developed in solidity and concept. blah blah...the important thing is to listen. and not too intently. |
