Artist description
Five O'Clock Shadow, a vocal band from Boston, is leading a growing pack
of underground talent that's proving you don't need instruments to rock. Taking advantage of technology previously reserved for instrumentalists, these five vocalists ARE the band.
You'll think you hear electric guitars and keyboards, electric bass and drums... but it’s all voices -- the band members are the instruments. One member simultaneously performs both vocal bass and vocal drums... and they do it all live, attracting thousands of fans and curious concertgoers a year.
Current projects include touring and promoting their latest CD of originals "Wonders Of The World", and developing material for their upcoming CD to be released in late 2003. |

Artist History
Originally formed in 1991 as a straight up a cappella group, five o'clock shadow slowly evolved into a true vocal band by 1997 with the introduction of a vocal percussionist, and electronic effects. In 1997, they went pro, acquiring management for the first time. See the band bio for events since then. |
