Artist description
An acoustic guitar was presented to me in 1971 by my older brother. He taught me a few chords and kept on going. I've considered acoustic guitar to be my main instrument over the years though I've played electric guitar, banjo, piano, mandolin, dobro and other instruments every now and then. I wrote my first song in 1971 and haven't stopped.
I've worked in studios, churches, rock bands, acoustic duo's and trio's and as a solo performer. I've always incorporated my own material into my acts and have always loved playing cover tunes, as well. They're what helped me learn the instrument.
