Artist History could almost be referred to as the reincarnation of The Walkers. The Swivs, you see, were once known as The Walkers, and the members are still name carrying members. Dive Walker (guitar), Speed Walker (bass), and Man Walker(drums)carry their monikers the same way that the Remones did, but musically, they are as tight as blood brothers.

Chock full of instrumental screamers, The Return Of The Fez-Men! proves that this Baltimore trio has the talent and sound to equal or even best many of the acts currently in the genre. Blending elements from yesterday (Dick Dale, Link Wray, and practically the entire Del-Fi label surf stable of the '60s) and today (Man Or Astroman, Los Straightjackets, Satan's Pilgrims, Phantom Surfers,etc), the band blasts through a baker's dozen of impressive, and often blistering instrumental tracks.... As a final note, I must say that the Swiv-O-Matics' Return Of The Fez Men! has found awelcome home in my own, personal surf/car/rock & roll instrumental collection. Ask anyone who knows me and they'll tell you that that says it all!
