Artist description
So where did these guys come from? The Lyndales were born out of the effervescent head of Trevor Lettman and have taken on so many different incarnations since the beginning of their existence that we have lost track. In addition to Trevor, the band is made up of a potpourri of personalities that have finally made The Lyndales feel complete. With Jonathan Townsend on drums, Brent Meyer on guitar and vocals, Trevor on guitar and vocals, and new addition Matthew Freed on bass, the band is starting to go in directions never thought possible several years ago.
Like every other band, The Lyndales are evolving. Their most recent release of power pop guitar hooks and falsetto vocal harmonies has given way to a desire for experimentation. Holding fast to the golden nuggets of "Lo-Fi Pop 1.0," the band is starting to find their love of little electronic bleeps and bloops as they work on the forthcoming album that has yet to be named.
What can you get now? "Lo-Fi Pop 1.0" is a must have for the cd collection and some summer singles with brand new b-sides should be available before the sun starts going down earlier and earlier. And hold tight for album number three with a tentative release date in late Spring. And don't forget, the "Lo-Fi Pop 1.0 BONUS CD!" that contains 17 tracks of Lyndale goodness!!c |

Press Reviews
"High Praise for Lo-Fi!" A cd you can't take out of the cd player, filled with wonderful hooks, catchy tunes that are instant sing-a-longs, more high notes hit in one cd than all previous Lyndale cd's combined, and some cool techno effects that make this new cd killer pop! - Tim Pearson |
