Press Reviews
Wow, great stuff! When listening to Moe's Kitchen's CD for the first time I felt like I should pull off the freeway and dance. Cool grooves, hot funk, melodic vocals. It's Steely Dan meets Miles Davis. Smokin'.- Jane Ganahl, San Francisco Examiner music critic---- Moe has brought together some of the funkiest grooves found in the best of James Brown with the harmonic sophistication of Miles Davis and Thelonius Monk. Combine that with hip vocals and well crafted songs reminiscent of Steely Dan and you've got Moe's Kitchen, a very cool concept. Dig it.- Raz Kennedy, vocal coach to Counting Crows, Narada Michael Walden |
