Initially formed in late 1997, Landing was completed in late 1998 when Dick Baldwin and Daron Gardner joined Aaron and Adrienne Snow in the band. Press Reviews
Masstransfer Magazine; "Landing's first release was the exquisite "Centrefuge EP", which came out in 1999"... "The talent shows in the quality of the EP. The disc opens with "Blue" setting the atmosphere of light guitars and electronic modulations. "Clouds" gets even more stratospheric, flowing into "Centrefuge""... "My personal favorite is "Lower", kinda sounding like early Fuxa with vocals."Splendid Zine; "Landing throw a swirl of dirgey melody into a wall of droning atmospherics...all the musicians are tremendous, not only on the chords they hit, but on all the spaces that rest between them." |
