Artist History Jeffrey is a singer/songwriter based in Chicago, Illinois. He has been a player in the local music scene there since 1992. First, as part of the acoustic duo Carnival of Faith which released two independant CD's. Then, in 1997 Jeffrey released his first solo project, "Little Blue Record Player".Jeff just released his new CD, Icarus Grounded.
