Artist description The band members all contribute to the music they play, our main aim is to write songs that people like. This might sound obvious to most people, but we have seen bands, both signed and unsigned that miss this point. There is a certain amount of compromise between artistic talent and popular music, we just hope that we have the right mix.We try and write songs that have a catchy hook, which people will remember, hopefully even like! Artist History The band was originally formed in 1996 by founding members Ben Murphy and James Baker. After a few changes the final line-up is complete and band have been concentrating on pushing themselves professionally for the past two years, playing gigs all around the UK, recording and promoting via they're website http://www.hedstrong.com Over the past few years the band has achieved a number one download for they're track Smile at Me on UKsounds.com and were a new sound winner on the British Underground Rock Band Society's website. They are currently playing as the headlining act for the UK Youth Parliament national organisation and are also playing as part of the Peace One Day organisation. They have just released a new EP entitled Dirty Razor and are concentrating on gaining industry interest.
