Artist History After a decade of playing and recording both with his own band Jeffrey Normal & Magick (who released 2 LP'S and performed at Lollapalooza) and with the Father of the Psychedelic Guitar James Gurley in the band "United Field Marshals of Peace," led by Maruga (P- Funk, Weather Report) with whom he toured Japan and recorded the album "Nirvana Joe" and many others including Don Cherry, Leslie Medford (The Ophelias, Shiva Burlesque), Sonny Simmons (John Coltrane), George Michalski (Blue Cheer, Allman Brothers, Nash Bridges) , Sky Saxon (Seeds), Delmar Brown (Sting, Jaco), David Blood, Regi Harvey (Harvey), Doni Harvey (Harvey, Automatic Man) and many more; Jeffrey Normal meets road-hardened multi-saxophonist Bill Bousfield. They form a band which Bill names 3 hole PUNCH, relating to a variety of references including 3 Qabalistic 0's, AIN SOPH AUR, The Trips Festivals in San Francisco, and of course, the obvious sexual and sacred connotations. They meet veteran New York drummer Rich Maslach and Chris Wa Davies becomes their incredible guitarist as well as the young iconoclastic phenom Drew Thompson. They recorded "How do you like my cat" a 7 song 74 minute rump rompous of improvised FUN! Considered by many a harmolodic gem (See below!) This CD contains 25 minutes of music not included on the DAM CD of the same name. "3rd Stonhenge From The Sun" is set for a September release.
