Artist description
A writer and multi-instrumentalist (but alas, not much of a lead vocalist), what you hear here are mostly instrumental demos of some of my original music. I'm currently looking for collaborators interesting in fleshing out and expanding on the sound of these demos. I'm interested in creating moody, melodic songs with interesting harmonic twists and developments, tight, layered arrangements, and inventive songs structures. Are you? |

Artist History
An avid musican for over years, I've played in a wide variety of musical settings, including an eclectic, humor-driven project, called Boomyow, and most recently, a "tribal psychedelic jazz rock" outfit, called Axis II.
I'm currently a grad student in social psychology at the University of Georgia in Athens, where I hear there are a lot of musicians... I'm hoping to collaborate with some of those musicians soon. (Hint, hint...) |

Press Reviews
"Your songs all have a unifying sound. Still, they all have an enigmatic quality that makes them difficult to pin down. And by that, I mean they're not so conventional that you get the gist of the entire song from the first minute. They're not "catchy" by Top 40 standards -- which I'm sure is the point -- so they demand you actually *listen* to them."
