Artist description
David DeLeon-Smith is the one man band called Inch High Action. His songs are subtle, emotional, roots-based pop ballads written in the spirit of the introspective Indie artist. When one thinks of his music, its haunting, ethereal tones can easily be imagined reverberating through the dark, empty halls of some dingy high school of yore--a Midwestern American high school in the 1980’s. The music is instantly accessible; it speaks to the human condition. A wide range of musical tastes can find something in David's poignant lamentations, his earthy voice, and the shape-shifting he achieves by his wide vocal range. |
