    Artist History
Subgenerous started in about 1999.. We were in 6th grade and made our first CD, "Self Titled". That isn't really music, more talking and crap, but it started the idea, the spark of fire in the depths of our minds, that we could and maybe would make music. Our first actual song was "French". We made it to fool a friend that their was a new band, a hardcore, pile of shit that song is.. But a classic. After that we decided to make more music. We didn't really stop, like a car out of control on a desert highway, and made our first CD "Morbid". That CD sucks. We kept on making music though, and most of it also sucked until we made "Happiness". We made "Happiness" when we were making our 3rd cd "1st2die".We released that CD and sold it for $10. We bought a keyboard with the money. We made a few more songs, and they turned out pretty well. We decided to perform in the talent show at our school. That's when we decided to have the wonderful man named "Jordan Stone" join our band. He went by the name "The White Delight". Together with the "White Delight" and our re-appearing prop Gary Ballentine (who has gone under many names such as: "Gay Lord Gary", "Gigantic Gary", and few other) we had a spectacular show. Then we downsized and started making crap. It wasn't funny, but it was well produced (ask Dubb). We advanced in the ever so exciting world of making music. The one problem was that it wasn't very interesting. We did that for a while and Koc'm moved away to Modesto, a wonderful town in the valley of the central area of California, and everything sort of sucked. Now with Koc'm being in the gun fighting suburbs, and Dubb... not there. We haven't told him, and might never tell him, but we have kicked "The White Delight" out of out band, due to various reasons of the un-known... and yes, he smokes cigarettes. Now, several months later, a fellow by the name of "James Pickering" is in our band/group. Dubb and James made the "Batman Song". An instant hit with a baseball bat. We are making music again... that's good. It's a combo of our old music (being funny) and our new music (being well produced). We have came a long way and with our new burrito style twist on an old favorite original, things might perk up. But that is up to the fans to decide. Once topping the charts in Portola Valley, we don't anymore. It has become a brutal, cut throat competition in Portola Valley... in order to be the number one band. We have new competitors like "Lollipop Guild", and have the same old ones. However we still do top the charts in the Hip-Hop genre of Potola Valley, being the only band... like us. In late 2002 Prep Mike joined the band. Together, him and DUBB made the best CD eva entitle "Livin Larg" which came out in early 2003!!! So where the wind blows, the rivers flow, and the road takes us, in the future... we will not yet know.
