Artist History Peter Heyn lives in New Ulm, MN, where he attends Martin Luther College and is training to become a teacher of English or history. Peter writes, sings, and plays guitar for his own unique brand of rock. His influences are rock bands of all sorts. If it’s rock, he likes it. He started writing songs at the age of sixteen, but did not learn guitar until the summer before his senior year of high school. That year he wrote his first song, “Graduation Song,” and played it for graduation. As It Goes is a collection of the first songs he wrote and it his first recording. He plans on recording more material, growing with each recording.
