Artist History Since Bad Apple began, they have played many venues in Memphis and made many fans. They won a local battle of the bands held at The High Point Pinch and sponsored by 92.9 WMFS. They have been guests on Fox 13's 'Good Morning Memphis' to help celebrate the grand reopening of Handy Park on Beale Street. They were invited to perform at 92.9's Electric Christmas Eve IV. They have also won 92.9's 'Locals Only' Battle of the Bands in which the winner is voted on by listener call ins. Bad Apple just recently finished recording at Ardent Studios with Matt Martone. Tracy Ruble came up with th e name Bad Apple just because he thought it was a cool name for a Rock band. In this world of dark, these guys bring light. "You want to shine and sparkle different from everybody else," adds Tracy Ruble. Bad Apple is currently seeking management and legal representation.
