Artist History
a.k.a:RUDIE has brought the Studio One sound to the mid south since 1993. They have played with such Ska luminaries as the Skatalites, the Slackers, and many popular "third wave" Ska acts. Some of the principle members spent several years touring with the Reggae/Ska band Freedom of Expression, who kicked the door in for many of the Ska and Reggae acts in the American South as they travelled with top Jamaican artists like The Wailers, Toots and the Maytals, Black Uhuru, and Pato Banton. |
