Artist History
Stellar, a five-piece rock group from Southern
California. The five members of Stellar are
committed to emotionally driven music with strong,
pop-flavored vocals. Favorite bands such as Far,
Incudus, The Juliana Theory and Jimmy Eat World
have influenced Stellar's textured sound and
vision. Stellar has played energy-fueled sets in
clubs throughout Orange County, Los Angeles and
San Diego, offering solid guitar work, harmonized
vocals, and pounding drums, that leave the crowds
restless for more.
They independently released their first 5 song ep
entitled "we all fall down" in early 2002 to
positive acclaim in local music zines, and have
been featured on local radio shows such as
"Go Loco" on Cool Radio 94.3 and KBeach.org in
Long Beach.

Press Reviews
The debut release by this Southern California
quintet is an emotional mix of alternative love
songs and explosive, guitar-driven melodies
reminiscent of Bush. Their pop/rock delivery has
been honed with a multitude of live gigs from
L.A. to San Diego. All five songs on this EP are
catchy, hook-laden melodies that sound like they
came straight off a radio playlist. With excellent
vocals and tight musicianship, this is a local
band that is bound to be snapped up by a major
label in the near future. -DUG (Skratch Magazine) |
