Artist description Gary Sharp has been a student of Zen and traditional Japanese since 1996. He performs on both Shakuhachi and Native American Flutes he makes himself. His performances are a combination of traditional songs, modern compostions and improvisations steeped in the philosopies of both cultures. He is currently working on another CD and taking on comissions for his handmade flutes.
