Artist History The Elastic Waste Band sort of evolved. I can't remember when we started referring ourselves as the "Waste Band". I think for the most part some of our oldest members have been playing music together since 1990. This wasn't as a formal band more or less to pass the time. Our band grows and shrinks regularly depending on who is living in the area.
