Artist description
The musikwerkstatt has produced a Didjeridu Collectiv CD under the label Naturtonmusik (Willi Grimm) in June 2000, which 8 different Didjeriduprojekts from Switzerland and a Specialtrack with Mark Atkins (Aus) can open be heard.A cross-cut of current Didjeridumusik has arisen. It is aim to present with the different possible game forms of this instrument.Up to the modern is a wide spectrum of musical variety in respectively approx. pieces of about 7 minutes to hear of the traditional about experimental. In the Collectiv song almost all musicians in the CD involved then come together. it is to beat a bridge between the two continents. The Didjeridu of the Australian natives (Aborigines) has found his way to here to us and enjoys a distribution permanently increasing in the western world. It is important to us that this happens also with respect opposite her culture. Respect opposite the tradition generally but also the instrument especially. |
