Artist History
Carleen began learning to play classical violin at the age of 8. At age 16, she put the violin away, went to college and received a B.S. degree in Elementary Education, reared a family of three children, went back to college and received a Masters degree in Education, taught for the Tulsa Public Schools, retired, got the violin back out and, "fell in love" with Celtic (especially Scottish) music, so turned the violin into a "fiddle." This is her first album. |
