Artist History In 2001, the first steps were taken into Rock n' Roll history in a crummy countryside basement in South Sweden by Singer Chriz a Go Go and Guitarist Dead Boy when they recorded the song "The Union Rags". They were more than happy with the outcome and decided to form a serious band out of it called The Union Rags. So after a long search among the more rough-edged and uncontrolled musician crowd they finally came across the Drummer Yo Yo and the bass guitarist C.C. Rad. From an influential point of view The Union Rags listen a lot to bands such as The Clash, Johnny Thunders and the Heartbreakers, New York Dolls, Rancid and U.S. Bombs. The Union Rags are tired of the poppy, well produced sell out rocksound of today and are trying to create what, in their own words they'd call Street Rock n' Roll! This is the next thing in Rock n' Roll!
