Artist History Tipheret was born in 1995 under the moniker “Necrobaratrum” and changed in “Obscura Lux 666” in ’96. The sound of the band was born as a mix of Black Metal and Grind Core with female vocal parts. The band recorded the 1st demo tape “Qliphotico Delirio” in ‘97 but the band died because of inner conceptual problems and the demo never saw the light. In May ‘98 from the ashes of O.L. 666 the project Tipheret was reborn. In July ’98 “Vibrando Demoniaco” comes out, the 1st demo tape reprinted later by lmpio prod. (Portugal). In ‘99 the band recorded “Delirante Extasi” but due to production problems the demo wasn't printed. At the end of ‘99 the band totally changed its line-up and recorded the third work “War, Sex and Magick”. The new mcd has been influenced by Bulldozer, Death SS, Brujeria and Death. Now on 2001 is out "Solve et Eiacula" the new devasting chapter of our musical path!!! Tipheret have done a lot of live performances with band as Mortuary Drape, Mater Tenebra, Cultus Sanguine, Mindsnare etc.
