Artist description
We are a duo who sounds like a 5 piece early '70's style band. We make simple, honest, good quality music and we don't cheat. Our live sound is identical to our studio album and we're really easy to listen to. It would be an honor to add some comfort to your day (or night) by sharing some good music with you. |

Artist History
Bob has been playing guitar in a variety of country/rock/folk and blues bands since the early '60's and that sphere of influence is easily heard in his writing and playing style. Bob and Glenda began to get serious about making music as a duo in the '90's. They have their own 16 track studio where they record not only for their own label "Home Groan" but also lay down the bed-tracks for their live performances. Their current CD is called "Colouring Outside The Lines". The Salvage Co is busy playing most weekends in the Ottawa, Canada area and they do community service providing great concerts for the inmates at a local prison. Bob says he likes playing in prison the most and really appreciates a "captive audience |

Press Reviews
I really enjoyed your CD. I didn't realize it was a concept album until I
received it. Very well done. As one the other material I had heard, I like
the tight harmonies and creative lead work. It's nice to hear music with a
substantial message too.
It must have been a real challenge to tie everything together like that. Did
you write it in sequence or fill in the gaps bit by bit?
