Artist description
*The Dancing Unicorn* is only one person: me, Sidh F. Tepperwein doing all programming, composing and recording myself. I am a 39 year old german composer/musician and have up to now published 15 CDs of *Meditation Music* and soft *New Instrumental Music* in Germany at different labels. The music on those albums was made for meditation and healing purposes. Some CDs also featured lots of classical and celtic folk influences.*The Dancing Unicorn* now shows a different musical side of me: Ethno influenced electronic Folkpop music, sometimes danceable, sometimes evoking more "ambient" athmospheres! Always prominent are oriental and orchestral influences, because I like middle eastern music a lot, especially those oriental string sections. For some tunes I also created imaginary languages, cause no language I speak seem to suite the style of the music. These song "lyrics" are taken of no existing language but should always sound as if the words MIGHT exist somewhere on this planet! I sorted the music into "symphonic electronic" because no other MP3.com seemed to fit better. But I am always open for your corrections and suggestions concerning this topic. What do YOU think is the style of this music? Does it remind YOU of some other popular musical artist. Feel free to email me your thoughts!!Sidh F. Tepperwein - *The Dancing Unicorn* |
