Artist History
Founding members Gerry King and Mitch Moccia have longtime and accomplished careers in the music industry. As owner of Skylab Recording Studios http://www.skylabstudios.com), Gerry has been involved in countless projects over his 10 years of professional recording experience. As a producer, he had his first release in 1991 and in 1995 released Smooth Operator on Stratus Records which reached the 10,000 mark by mid 1998. Mitch Moccia began early on as a musician and songwriter. Between 1993 and 1995, Mitch toured with the group Lather and was involved in numerous recording sessions including demo production with Stan Lynch, drummer for Tom Petty and The Heartbreakers. Mitch broke into electronic music early 1995 after meeting Gerry. Together they have produced several tracks that have been released on vinyl including Eternally Grateful (Apollo), Everything is Go Here (Apollo), Shift in Space (Juice) and Inspiration (Funk-Da-Mental). |
