Artist History
The group was originally formed in the winter of 1997 by Andrew Jordan (vocals, guitar) and Ryan Kienle (bass, vocals). Four years, one dancing freak (PJ Manzo - guitar, vocals), and three drummers later, the boys joined forces with drummer Adam Bock to create the "punk rock sensation" that is Fizzlewink.
One short month after joining the band, Bock and the boys hit the studio to begin work on their first full-length album, "Who's Listening?". Since debuting the album on 88.7 The Edge WFNP, SUNY New Paltz radio this past winter, the boys have been hitting up the east coast, opening for the likes of Slick Shoes, The Stryder, Dashboard Confessional, Osker, The Starting Line, The Pilfers, Automatic 7, The Toasters, Autopilot Off, Murphy's Law, Showoff and Weston, just to name a few.
With things kicked into ludicrous speed and some time out on the road under their belts, Fizz has decided to chase down their dreams. Determined to go full time following the spring semester of 2001, Fizz plans to cut a new album and tour extensively. So be sure to check out Fizzlewink in a city near you.
