Artist History
Druel started playing in 1996. Over the next three years they helped to develop a strong Minneapolis scene with American Headcharge and other local standouts, by playing the Vans warped tour and also with bands like Suicidal Tendencies, Slipknot, Sugar Ray, Limp Biskit, The mighty mighty bosstones and more. In 1998 Druel took a well deserved hiatus, but is now ready to get back in the thick of things with a new lineup and new material. |

Press Reviews
Catherine Clements, of Maximum Ink,(3/11-4/7/99) had this to say about Druel's debut Cd. "Brutal, relentless, and uncomprimising, Druel could provide the hardcore soundtrack to a Scorscese movie. The disc is a raging slab of million pound guitars, militaristically precise drum and bass interplay and throat shredding vocals. Raw rage coupled with excellent musicianship. Highly recommended." Nominated for two M.M.A. awards. |
