Artist History
Formed in summer 1997 by Kevin Sanchez on bass, James Rausse on guitar, German Lacayo on vocals/guitar, and Chelo Negron on drums. Chelo was replaced on drums by Frank Vaturina. There were two interim drummers (Ravuth Wolf Lath and Anthony Bonilla). CoBurn released an independent EP entitled "BXNY" and played numerous gigs in the NYC area. After a hiatus in late 1999, the band reformed in 2000 under the name Shapeshift |
