Artist description
The cunning dorx are a Rock band from Eastern Austria. The members originally came from different parts of the musical spectrum - Alternative, Hardcore, Blues, Jazz and even Celtic Folk. This helped us in maintaining a broad musical perspective and creating our very own style which we sometimes - more or less appropriately - call Post Modern. |

Artist History
The band was founded in 1994 by Christof Ulreich, Beno Unger, and Patrick Peklar. After only a few weeks Alfons Bauernfeind, then playing the bass guitar, joined the cunning dorx. Although the band was quite successful on a regional scale, Beno decided to leave in 1997. He was replaced by Markus Babler and Albert Bock. At the moment we are working on our new CD, which is due to be released in summer 2000. |
