    Artist description
Inspired by the leading bands at the time CHVoR creates a forward-looking alternative music.Orientated to a heavier sound the group is always looking to offer up-to-date music which reflects new and radical ideas.Heavy guitars, rhythmic beats - inspired by the modern Rap and Hip-Hop music - quality and melodic vocals, intriguing song structure and powerful lyrics: that's what makes CHVoR stand out from the crowd.Following modern tendencies and with further involvement of electronic music, CHVoR is looking to improve the quality of it's performance by combining electronic beats and sounds with the band's original heavy-alternative sounding.Although unsigned CHVoR always takes the opportunity, and the liberty, of recording it's songs "when-they-are-ready". Because of this the band doesn't actually have an album, but a number of "demo" tracks to add to the current creative pool of the artists.

    Press Reviews
Aural cattle prod. That's one way to describe the megaton impact of CHVoR. Into some of their tunes they pack as much wallop as a sonic boom, but perhaps the most amazing thing about the band is their ability to play melodious ballads with equal sophistication. CHVoR's combination of the meditative and the explosive will satisfy the Dr. Jekyll and the Mr. Hyde in every Metal fan. "Lycos.com"CHVoR's "Pieces" is uneasily tuneful heavy rock, powering ahead with gritty axework and a tight, booming rhythm section while somehow incorporating uneasy, sometimes even a little haunting, flavor to the songs notably through quivering edge on the vocals. There is also a familiar thread running through CHVoR's sound that should play well with new audiences, while there's definitely an identifiable sound to keep fans ones found. I like these guys better with every listen, as the slower pace of the songs tempers the heaviness.Mr. Geoff WilburFromGeoff Wilbur's Renegade Newsletter
